The initial enrollment fee is non-refundable. You are able to re-join at the clinic's discretion.

If you are temporarily away from home, we are able to evaluate you via telehealth and determine if treatment is appropriate via telemedicine or you need further work up in person.

No, we do not contract with these agencies/companies and therefore have no obligation to them. If you would like your medical information shared, we are able to do so with your permission.

Yes. Our clinic membership does not replace insurance and you must comply with federal laws in regard to insurance requirements. Direct primary care can pair well with a high deductible insurance plan to cover the cost of hospitalization, surgeries, etc.

Yes, but monthly membership fees cannot be submitted for reimbursement. You must sign a waiver every 2 years stating that neither you or the doctor will directly bill medicare. Will I benefit from direct primary care if i Don't require frequent medical attention?
In addition to same day or next day appointment when you are sick, proactive healthcare is part of our priorities.
